We offer a Federal Government Rate for Government Employees as well. If you are in need of this rate, please contact Sandra Hall and she will provide directions (airqualityevents@ucdavis.edu). You must work for a United States Government agency to qualify for this Government Rate of $171.

TAX POLICY

Room Rates shown do not include $1.50 City Tax/per night, $1.40 Convention Fee/per night, 14% Occupancy Tax/per night, and 9.25% State Tax/per night (subject to change).

CANCEL POLICY

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children 17 years of age or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room.
