Please Note:

  • Registration will get you access to the conference general sessions and exhibitor hall September 12-14. 
  • Registration for pre-conference trainings will be separate and posted at a later date.
  • Registrations for the Community, Undergrad/Grad Student and K-12 Student/Educator require a coupon code. Please contact event manager Sandra Hall (airqualityevents@ucdavis.edu) for that code.
  • If you need an invoice for your registration or need to pay by check, please contact event manager Sandra Hall (airqualityevents@ucdavis.edu).

Late Registration Single Day Tickets Available! 

General Attendee Day rate: $350/day until September 1

Government/Academic Day rate: $250/day until September 1

Community/Tribe Day rate: $200/day until September 1 (contact Sandra for code)

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation before June 30th, 2018: Registration amount minus a $50 handling fee
  • Cancellation July 1st - August 12th, 2018: Half of registration fees paid.
  • Cancellation after August 13th, 2018: No cancellations will be accepted; however substitutions will be allowed. Substitutions can be made by contacting the conference organizer. This must be done no later than September 3rd.
